Purpose built
A trailer designed around the machine
Most trailers hauling a side-by-side were built for something else. The Flex Hauler was designed from the frame up for side-by-sides, UTVs, and ATVs.
Hydraulics do the lifting
A scissor lift rated to 25,000 lb raises the deck, and a 20-inch hydraulic tongue jack lifts the front. Both run from dual-switch controls.
Solar keeps it charged
A 12V deep cycle battery powers the system, and a 3W PulseTech solar charger keeps it topped off through a braided harness.
Built for loading
Metal ramps stow onboard, the lift ramp is 6061-T6 aluminum, and the frame carries 9 tie-down points plus stake pockets.

Flex Hauler questions, answered
Will a half-ton truck pull it?
The Standard weighs 3,220 lb empty with a 9,990 lb GVWR, which is half-ton territory. The XL and D4 ride on 7,000 lb axles with a 13,990 lb GVWR, so compare your truck's tow rating to the loaded weight before you commit.
What warranty comes with it?
The frame carries a 3-year structural warranty and every other component is covered for 2 years. Any service shop with a valid EIN can perform warranty work.
Is the MSRP my final price?
No. The numbers on this page are MSRP. As the authorized dealer for New England, I set the final price. Build your trailer above and I'll follow up with a quote. Tax, title, registration, and delivery are extra.
What raises the top deck?
A 16-inch EQ Systems hydraulic scissor lift rated to 25,000 lb lifts the upper deck with the first machine already on it. The same dual-switch controls run the 20-inch hydraulic tongue jack.
Where is the Flex Hauler made?
EQ Outdoors designs and builds every Flex Hauler in Cassopolis, Michigan.
Can I order custom colors?
Yes. The frame, front ramp, lid, and inlay can all be powder coated to match your machine or your business. Choose the color options in the builder and I'll go over the choices with you.
